Diet Free

Hmmm. This one is giving me trouble. For the past 10+ years, I have been on some type of restrictive diet. Well…Technical I have been eating whatever I wanted without weighing in my thoughts about meat production, additional plastic waste, genetically altered foods, lactose intolerance, sensitivity to red #40 and yellow #5, sugar intact, or alcohol consumption since June/July 2018. However, by declaring this my “No Diet” year, has me questioning, what do I really mean by that. I want to be around for a long time to drive my wife crazy, plus I can’t die so she can spend her retirement on a new boo. I’m here for the not so fun “saving” part, I am going to be here for the spending part too. LOL

I am still going to be Diet Free this year but will take into consideration all the environmental, self, and global concerns I have about mainstream eating. For example, I personally believe we as a society eat way too much meat. I ordered a 300g Ribeye from a restaurant tonight but only ate a third of it. I plan to make two more meals. The nice German lady box it up as take away… meaning she gave me aluminum foil and I just wrapped it up. Today steak, tomorrow steak over vegetables and rice, and Wednesday I will have the remaining in homemade Ramen Noodle Soup. I am feeling good about this. No cow wasted! 😛

That’s all I can deal with today. I will have to figure out how to get gummy bears without the red #40 and yellow #5, where in Germany do I find great tasting non-dairy ice cream, and convince waitresses to not give me a straw. Especially in a Hugo.
