As a cancer survivor, I am occupied with what’s causing our cells… body to fight against us. The common denominator is lifestyle choices. As a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Counselor with focus on holistic health and sports nutrition has given me the tools in helping you make lifestyle changes, such as switching to plant-based, vegetarian, or vegan diet, is my expertise. Committing to a nutritional and active lifestyle change takes courage and beneficial when going on the journey with a personal coach. Living a holistic life is more concerned about how you feel than how you look. I do not focus on weight loss for aesthetics. My goal is to help you perform better and feel great to achieve any goals in your life. Making choices to lead to a full, long life that balances health and quality of life.
